These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://pneudiegrinder.com operated by PneuDieGrinder. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Services
PneuDieGrinder sells pneumatic tools on a B2B (business-to-business) wholesale basis. We do not sell to individual consumers. All products are subject to availability. Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Quotations
All orders are subject to our acceptance. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding order. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for orders above $5,000
- Western Union: Available for samples and small orders
5. Shipping and Delivery
Lead time for samples: 3-5 working days. Lead time for bulk orders: 15-25 working days after deposit received. Shipping terms: FOB Ningbo unless otherwise agreed.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are B2B wholesale. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receipt. Refund or replacement is at the seller’s discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website is the property of PneuDieGrinder and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
PneuDieGrinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Product Safety and Certification
All PneuDieGrinder products are CE certified according to EN 792, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
