What CE Actually Covers
CE marking (Conformité Européenne) confirms that a product meets European Union safety, health and environmental requirements. For hand-held pneumatic tools the applicable references are EN 792, the European standard for hand-held non-electric power tools, together with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and the standard reference used in our documentation is EN 792-1:1997+A1:2008. All 28 PneuDieGrinder models are covered. The scope includes mechanical safety such as guards, triggers and vibration limits, material safety, noise levels within workplace limits, plus documentation: user manual, safety instructions and declaration of conformity.
Where CE Opens Doors
- European Union — CE marking is a legal requirement for machinery placed on the EU market.
- Southeast Asia — accepted for B2B import in the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, and customs normally clear with the CE certificate, commercial invoice and packing list.
- Brazil and South Africa — CE is accepted in the Brazilian B2B sector, with INMETRO recommended for retail in the long term, and accepted in South Africa alongside NRCS.
- Documentation — certificate numbers and issuing body details go to qualified wholesale buyers on request. Tell us your target market through contact and the documents will be included with your quotation; ordering terms sit in the wholesale policy.
