Wholesale Refund Policy
All sales are B2B wholesale transactions. This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with PneuDieGrinder.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receipt
- Products received do not match the order specifications
- Products damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or altered
- Products reported after 7 days of receipt
- Custom OEM/ODM products (unless defective)
- Sample orders
Return Process
- Contact us at PneuDieGrinder@hotmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue
- We will review and approve eligible returns within 3 business days
- Ship approved returns to the address provided (shipping cost borne by buyer unless the defect is our fault)
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (T/T or L/C). Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.
