Wholesale Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days. Best for samples and small orders.
Air Freight: 5-10 business days. Cost-effective for medium orders (100-500 pcs).
Sea Freight: 15-30 business days. Most economical for large orders (500+ pcs).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. We will provide a shipping quotation along with your product quotation.

3. Shipping Terms

FOB Ningbo (default): Buyer arranges shipping from Ningbo port
CIF: We arrange shipping to your destination port
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select destinations

4. Customs and Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary export documentation.

5. Order Processing Time

Samples: 3-5 working days after payment
Bulk orders: 15-25 working days after deposit received
Custom OEM/ODM orders: Additional 5-7 working days

6. Tracking

Express shipments include tracking numbers provided via email. Air and sea freight tracking details will be provided by your freight forwarder.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours.
