Warranty Terms

• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of shipment
• Covered: Manufacturing defects not caused by human factors (broken gears, failed bearings, air valve leakage)
• Not covered: Normal wear, human damage, unauthorized modification, over-pressure use
• Claim process: Customer sends photos/videos → confirmed as manufacturing defect → free replacement parts or complete unit
• Spare parts: We guarantee supply of wearing parts (collets, seals, bearings) for 3 years

Warranty Statement

All PneuDieGrinder products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact us with photos/videos of the defect. We will provide free replacement parts or units within 5 business days of claim approval. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
