How a Custom Order Is Developed
Custom work starts with samples. For a new or reworked design the factory builds 2-3 sample versions, and every version is tested for performance, appearance and packaging before you approve it. Samples take 3-5 working days, bulk production 15-25 working days after the deposit, and custom OEM/ODM orders add 5-7 working days.
- Testing — speed, noise, vibration, service life and safety are measured on each sample and compared with competing tools.
- Development time — a new model takes 3-6 months, while refining an existing model takes 1-2 months.
- Inspection — bulk orders follow a pre-production sample check, a mid-production check once 20-30% is built, and a final random inspection to AQL 2.5, with Critical defects targeted at zero.
- Third-party inspection — SGS, BV, Intertek or TUV can be arranged on request, and inspection reports are archived for 3 years.
- After-sales — a 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects, free replacement parts or units ship within 5 business days of claim approval, and collets, seals and bearings are supplied for 3 years.
